Time: Wednesdays- 16.00-19.00 ( starting w/b 26/09 to w/e -TBD)

Refreshments: will be provided......(yummy)

Requirements:Laptop, enthusiasm, humour, tons of motivation.........

Clothing:Comfortable, you can be able to stretch easily, may be doing some exercises on the floor(who knows.......)
